Our Casual Flex Team supports Bodhi when we need an extra set of hands – there’s no fixed schedule. When a shift comes up, we’ll reach out, and you let us know whether you are available to cover.

We’re looking for a friendly and dependable casual flex Spa Attendant to join our team at Bodhi Canmore! This role is essential to supporting the flow of our spa operations and help create a calm, welcoming, and memorable experience for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

- Warmly welcoming clients and providing them with all the information necessary to create a relaxing and seamless spa experience.
- Booking new appointments and managing the schedule, including consistent checking for booking errors and contacting clients for additional information where necessary.
- Handling payments and insurance billing.
- Responding to inquiries – phone, emails, texts and walk-ins.
- Supporting therapists and management with daily operations.
- Restocking amenities and ensuring guests have everything they need.
- Daily opening / closing procedures.
- Keeping the spa looking beautiful and operating smoothly with daily cleaning tasks and flipping/folding laundry.
