This temporary seasonal Assistant Coordinator supports the London Christmas Kettle Campaign and assigned kettle hub. You will coordinate volunteer onboarding, training, scheduling, and guidance while supporting Kettle Coordinators and Community Services management. The work includes Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, inquiries, and site logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate kettle activities across assigned London hub locations
- Onboard, train, schedule, and guide kettle volunteers
- Complete shift reminders and available-shift email communications
- Coordinate kettle deliveries, pickups, supplies, and donation security




- Support volunteers using Salesforce Volunteer Management Software

Requirements:

- Completed secondary school education
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence and personal vehicle
- Minimum one year of related experience is an asset
- Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suite products
- Robust organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
