Lead municipal civil design projects with CIMA+ in Bowmanville, Ontario, using project management and infrastructure expertise. This hybrid position requires office attendance two days weekly. As Senior Municipal Project Manager, you will oversee municipal and transportation projects across the GTA. Your work includes road design, sewers, watermains, drainage improvements, and project delivery. You will coordinate design teams while maintaining quality, schedules, budgets, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead conceptual and detailed municipal civil project design phases Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, quality, and risks Prepare engineering studies, reports, plans, estimates, and contract documents Develop technical scopes, schedules, teams,



and task-level budgets Coordinate clients, consultants, agencies, stakeholders, and contractors Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of relevant municipal design experience Ontario P.Eng. designation or eligibility for transfer Municipal infrastructure and road design experience Previous experience managing municipal projects Working knowledge of Civil3D or Bentley InRoads Bring municipal infrastructure, road design, and project leadership expertise to CIMA+ projects serving GTA communities.
