Gestion Zagora, a residential property management company, is looking for a Marketing Intern to create social media content and run the content calendar and production. You will also help grow the audience, track performance and use analytics and AI tools to tie social media to business results.

What you’ll do

- Create short videos, Reels, Stories, carousels and captions that show the brand, buildings, culture, people and events
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, image and video generators) for ideas, scripts and storyboards
- Support or lead corporate, community and industry events and turn them into social content
- Capture authentic everyday moments and stories
- Build and keep the weekly content calendar, and take content from concept through filming, editing and publishing
- Coordinate content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok with a consistent tone and look
- Work with internal teams to find stories
- Set monthly growth goals and track reach, engagement, follower growth, web traffic and leads
- Test concepts, formats, hooks, messages and posting times, and recommend next steps from the data
- Keep up with trends, platform updates and current AI tools





What we’re looking for

- Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
- Passionate about social media and content creation
- Strong short-video, writing and visual storytelling skills
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT and other creative AI tools
- Creative instinct and an eye for content that grabs attention
- Comfortable working in the field to capture content
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Curious about why some content performs better; data- and results-driven
