The successful candidate will primarily support wills and estates matters, while also assisting with a variety of solicitor-side files including real estate and corporate/commercial matters.This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys hands‐on experience, client interaction, and working across multiple areas of law in a community‐focused practice.Key ResponsibilitiesManage solicitor‐side files from intake to completionDraft, review, and prepare legal documents and correspondenceAssist clients with real estate, wills and estates, corporate/commercial, and other solicitor matters as requiredConduct legal research and provide practical legal adviceCommunicate directly with clients, financial institutions, opposing counsel, and third partiesMaintain accurate file management and ensure deadlines are metAttend meetings, signings, and client appointments as neededBuild and maintain strong client relationships through professional and responsive serviceWork collaboratively with lawyers and support staff across the firmPerform other duties as reasonably assigned,
