Provide compassionate personal care at Chartwell as an Unregulated Care Aide supporting older adults with mobility and daily routines. Flexible hours may be required.

This position supports residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity through personalized assistance. You will help with personal care, meals, laundry, light housekeeping, medication administration, and individual care plans. The role also involves responding to concerns and following health protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with dressing, meals, mobility, and personal care
- Support laundry, light housekeeping, and meal service
- Administer medications and follow individual care plans
- Maintain clean, safe resident areas and health protocols




- Report resident or family concerns when needed

Requirements:

- Experience in personal care, laundry, food, or support services
- Secondary school education; care training preferred
- Ability to read, follow, and communicate instructions
- Empathy, patience, and understanding of seniors’ needs
- Flexible schedule and ability to respond during emergencies
