Role:

Fidelity islooking for a full time IT Support Technician that will also support oursecurity programs which include Cyber Security, Access Control, Controlled GoodProgram, Intrusion, and Video surveillance. This position will assist with themaintenance and development of each program. You will be required to workwith our 3rd party IT provider and assist with onsite requirements. Asan IT Support Technician, you will be expected to handle some of the day-to-dayunexpected problems/tasks as well as ongoing maintenance and development

Duties Include:

- Manageand assist with minor internal IT issues (monitors, printers, misc hardware)
- Assistthird party IT provider as needed
- Maintaindaily Controlled Goods logs entries
- Assistwith document control maintenance
- Pick-upand delivery of computer hardware as needed
- Managingsystem updates, coordinate with IT provider and Fidelity staff
- Assistingwith computer installs and setups as needed
- Inventoryand Procurement: Track IT hardware stock. maintain hardware inventory
- Assistwith misc. IT and Security admin tasks as needed





Qualifications:

- Minimum High School education or equivalent
- Anyother technical certification / education considered an asset such as cybersecurity, controlled goods
- Mandatory that this role take part in acriminal record check and controlled goods screening

Experience:

- 1-3+years of hands-on experience with technical support or system maintenance roll
- Havea basic knowledge of technical diagnostic procedures
- Havea basic understanding of TCP/IP v4, POP, IMAP, SMTP, DNS, HTML, PHP, MySQL andor industry standard equivalents
- Musthave Class 5 drivers license

Core Work hours:

- Mustbe onsite for regular hours 7:30-4:00 Monday – Friday
