Cineplex VIP Cinemas offers licensed lounges, reserved seating, in-seat menu service, and an adults-only entertainment environment. VIP Food and Beverage Staff welcome guests and maintain a clean, secure experience. Available assignments include kitchen preparation, lounge service, and bartending, supporting exceptional service before, during, and after films.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve guests throughout the VIP service area
- Prepare food for lounge and auditorium guests
- Take orders and deliver items to guests’ seats
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Keep bar areas stocked, clean, friendly, and attentive
Requirements:
- Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing approach
- Enjoyment of fast-paced guest service environments
- Availability for late weekends and some weeknights
- Superior communication skills
- Smart Serve or Pro Serve certification where applicable
