Support seniors as a Guest Attendant at Aspira Lincoln Park Retirement Living, providing compassionate care and responsive resident service.

This casual position supports residents’ daily health and well-being through relationship-building, communication, and personalized assistance. You will work independently and with a wider team while supporting activities of daily living, personal care, and meaningful resident experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming according to care plans
- Answer resident call bells and door alarms promptly
- Transport residents to activities, health offices, and dining rooms
- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support
- Complete assigned laundry and housekeeping duties

Requirements:

- Grade 12 minimum education required
- Compassion for supporting seniors in living fully
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Secure Serve designation and one year dining service experience
- Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility required
