Guide drill pipe during tripping operations as a Derrickhand, combining safe height work with strong hand-eye coordination and equipment monitoring. Work occurs on drilling floors, in derricks, and away from home.

This full-time seasonal Derrickhand position supports the Driller and drilling crew at the rig location. Responsibilities include pipe handling, circulating-system inspections, preventative maintenance, drilling fluid monitoring, and rig housekeeping. Safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work practices are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Climb and work in the derrick during pipe handling
- Safely guide drill pipe during drilling operations
- Inspect circulating systems and associated equipment routinely
- Perform preventative maintenance on drilling fluid equipment




- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a drilling rig Derrickhand
- Ability to work at heights during rig operations
- Willingness to work all weather conditions and environments
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Industry certifications preferred, including H2S Alive and First Aid
