We specialize in managing residential properties and are committed to building a strong, collaborative and professional team.We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Intern to support our Human Resources department with recruitment, employee relations, administrative tasks and HR initiatives. You will gain practical experience in recruitment, employee administration, HR operations and employee engagement while working closely with the HR team.Co-op work term: January 4 to April 30, 2027 (4 months) or January 4 to August 27, 2027 (8 months). In person, in Montréal.

What you’ll do

- Communicate with candidates and support the recruitment process from application to onboarding
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding: preparing documentation and maintaining employee records
- Support the preparation and updating of HR policies, procedures and internal documents
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives,



internal communications and company events
- Support HR reporting, KPI tracking and other administrative projects
- Perform other HR-related tasks as required

What we’re looking for

- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English, as part of our team and portfolio is outside Québec; French is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn
