Support Homestead residents in Guelph through tenant relations, apartment showings, rent collection, and responsive building administration. Weekend shifts and on-call scheduling are included.

As Building Manager, you will help create a welcoming setting while coordinating daily property needs. The work includes addressing concerns, maintaining positive tenant relations, renting upcoming suites, serving legal documents, and completing required documentation.



You will also prepare apartments and maintain common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Show vacant apartments to prospective residents
• Rent upcoming suites and complete documentation
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants
• Collect and record incoming rents
• Prepare apartments for new residents

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
• Reliability and strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow safe work practices
• Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms
• Valid First Aid certification required
