Use cash-handling and merchandise-processing skills as a part-time Store Associate supporting The Salvation Army Thrift Store.

You will help deliver courteous customer service while managing transactions, donations, inventory, and daily store presentation. The work includes operating cash registers, answering product enquiries, sorting and pricing goods, supporting displays, and following store policies. This permanent part-time schedule varies weekly and may include Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer cash and debit sales accurately
- Explain pricing and featured sale products
- Load, unload, sort, pack, and price donations
- Answer customer product enquiries by phone or in person
- Support opening, closing, and inventory procedures

Requirements:

- Cash-handling experience is required
- Experience with cash registers and related procedures
- Experience in a computerized setting
- Attention to detail and self-discipline
- Ability to bend, twist, crouch, reach, and lift
