Flat Roofer, Iron Shield Roofing (Edmonton, AB): journeypersons and apprentices welcome

Full-time, year-round. Pay: Competitive, based on experience.

Come join a crew that takes safety and craft seriously. We install and repair flat and low-slope roofs on commercial, industrial and multi-family buildings across Edmonton and area.

What you'll do

- Install and repair SBS torch-on and cold-process, TPO, EPDM, built-up and modified bitumen systems.
- Flashings, details and repairs to manufacturer specs.
- Follow Alberta OHS rules and our site safety routine (daily tailgate talks).
- Work with the crew to hit schedule and quality targets.

What you bring

- Any level: journeyperson, apprentice or someone with flat-roofing time under your belt. Experience with membrane systems is excellent; the right attitude gets you far.
- Comfortable at heights and doing physical work outdoors.
- Safety tickets (fall protection, first aid) are an asset. A valid driver's licence helps.

Why us

Year-round commercial work, real advancement (labourer to installer to foreman), and a crew that has your back.
