Lead weekend manufacturing operations at Weir ESCO in Port Hope, Ontario, with safety compliance, production management, and maintenance oversight. This onsite contract supports Friday through Sunday shifts.

The Weekend Supervisor manages weekend operations for up to a 12-month contract. The supervisor ensures safety, health, environmental, quality, and production targets while applying process management and continuous improvement. The position also coordinates maintenance schedules, repairs, contractors, and site personnel across manufacturing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental rules
- Execute safety, quality, and production targets
- Mentor team leaders and team members




- Monitor labor requirements against departmental production needs
- Manage contractors and site personnel during weekend operations

Requirements:

- Three to five years leading a unionized labour force
- Solid leadership and supervisory experience
- Manufacturing, maintenance, or trades workplace experience is an asset
- Familiarity with EAM and Oracle is ideal
- Comfort working Friday through Sunday weekend shifts
