As a part time Player, Front of House team member with Cineplex, you will operate major attractions and answer gaming questions. You will support experienced and non-experienced gamers while helping create a fun, playful workplace. Customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate all major attractions throughout the facility
- Show guests game operations and encourage game play
- Keep games and individual stations clean and operational
- Answer guest inquiries and address concerns
- Assist with Store restocking and venue knowledge

Requirements:

- Customer service experience preferred for this position
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail when completing assigned tasks
- Required age of majority for licensed venues
- Applicable sell, sale, and alcohol handling certificate
