As a Senior Supply Planner, you will develop plans that meet service-level targets within inventory cost objectives. The position uses data analysis, capacity management, and strategic planning to improve category performance. You will identify constraints, opportunities, and supply issues affecting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan production and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Manage short-term and long-term manufacturing capacities
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities through the S&OP; cycle
- Analyze datasets and recommend continuous improvements
- Root-cause supply issues and reduce service costs
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of supply planning experience in CPG
- Bachelor’s degree or qualified supply chain designation preferred
- Knowledge of SAP-IBP and PowerBI
- Proficiency in statistics, planning, and inventory management
- Strong analytical, technical, interpersonal, and change management skills
