Coordinate ship maintenance operations for Thales in Halifax, combining waterfront leadership, safety oversight, and technical support within a hybrid full time role. As Ship Maintenance Team Lead, you assist the Ship Maintenance Team Manager with day-to-day waterfront execution. Your work spans ships, the jetty, and Thales trailers during designated maintenance periods. You serve as a primary or delegated contact for internal and external stakeholders while supporting timely quality evidence and platform readiness. Key Responsibilities:
