Franklin General Contracting seeks an experienced Lead Carpenter for custom homes, renovations, additions, and general contracting projects. You will lead approximately two to three team members while working hands-on. The position requires organizing daily work, interpreting drawings, and maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily activities and coordinate crew tasks
- Perform framing, finishing, drywall, and carpentry work
- Read construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Identify site problems and make practical decisions
- Maintain organized, clean,



and secure jobsites

Requirements:

- At least five years of carpentry or residential construction experience
- Previous crew leadership or Lead Hand experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and inform the broader team
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Red Seal designation or drywall experience is an asset
