Located at Bethany Riverview in Calgary, this permanent part time position focuses on responsive, resident-centred care. The Health Care Aide assists with daily living, promotes independence, and communicates observations to Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses. Cooperative teamwork and accurate health-care records are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to resident needs according to care plans
- Maintain resident privacy and dignity during care
- Monitor, observe, document, and report holistic needs
- Promote safety for residents, teammates, and self

Requirements:

- Government of Alberta approved Health Care Aide certificate
- Grade 10 education and CLHA registration
- Previous Health Care Aide experience preferred, not required
