Sienna Senior Living seeks a Registered Practical Nurse for temporary full-time evening care at Granite Ridge – Stittsville. Build meaningful resident relationships.

Reporting to the Director of Care, you will support residents through nursing care, personal care, assessment, and effective communication. The position includes overseeing resident care, guiding staff, and supervising Personal Support Workers or other unregulated team members. Applicants must hold good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset. The schedule is 75 hours bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow physician orders and resident plans of care
- Use sound nursing principles to deliver personal care




- Communicate regularly with residents and their families
- Provide guidance to staff supporting resident care
- Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse registration in valuable standing
- Ability to foster a positive work environment
- Ability to identify risk and exercise good judgement
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
- Required provincial background check clearance
