Capability Support Services, operated by Thrive Group, is hiring a part-time Personal Attendant. Carey House is a shared-living, congregate home offering continuous support. This position enhances residents’ quality of life through personal support, social development, and encouragement toward fuller independence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enhance residents’ quality of life through personal support
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Direct and support residents’ self-care activities
- Encourage residents’ development in all life areas
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and community partners
