Within Community Health Services, this contract position helps deliver publicly funded vaccines to various age groups. You will assess immunization records, counsel clients, provide education, and support enforcement activities under the Immunization of School Pupils Act. The work also involves stakeholder consultation, clinic organization, and electronic documentation through Panorama, m-IMMS, EMR, and Siebel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver clinical services in school and community-based clinics
- Administer vaccines while following policies, procedures, and protocols
- Assess vaccine records and document immunization services electronically




- Develop education resources for physicians, schools, and communities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to raise immunization awareness

Requirements:

- Current General Class Registration with the College of Nurses
- Recent experience administering school-based vaccines and providing education
- Experience reviewing records in Panorama
- Knowledge of clinical practice and critical decision-making
- Robust communication, customer service, and de-escalation skills
