As a Health and Beauty Team Associate, you will greet customers, promote products, locate merchandise, and assist purchase decisions. The position supports Cosmetics and Health and Beauty departments by maintaining displays, stocking merchandise, and directing customers toward available cosmetic guidance. You will also address issues and refer concerns appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers politely and maintain friendly service
- Promote products and locate merchandise for customers
- Assist customers with informed purchase decisions
- Stock, rotate, sign, and price salesfloor merchandise
- Maintain displays and remove damaged or outdated goods
