This permanent position involves construction work across various locations, including commercial and residential settings. You will measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. The work includes foundations, floor beams, subflooring, walls, roof systems, windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware. Hand tools are required, with work performed at heights and in dusty conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join construction materials




- Build foundations and install floor beams and subflooring
- Erect walls and roof systems at construction locations
- Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware

Requirements:

- Experience using hand tools and personal tools
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work at heights
- Accuracy, reliability, punctuality, and client focus
- Criminal record check and authorization to work in Canada
