Use tree planting experience and safety awareness to support Spectrum Resource Group crews in remote bush camps during spring and summer operations.

As seasonal Reforestation Support Staff, you will report to the Reforestation Crew Leader and assist with planting missions, inspections, and camp logistics. Responsibilities include participating in tailgate meetings, identifying hazards, checking vehicles and equipment, and documenting first aid requirements. You may also support crew leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in tailgate meetings and assess worksite hazards
- Inspect vehicles, equipment, and first aid requirements
- Support crews, planting missions, and tree planting
- Maintain protected work, storage, and equipment areas




- Walk long distances and transport seedling boxes

Requirements:

- At least two seasons of tree planting experience
- Experience driving pickup trucks with ball-hitch trailers
- Experience operating all-terrain vehicles on resource roads
- Willingness to work and live in remote settings
- English reading, writing, and oral comprehension proficiency
