As an Asset Protection Associate, you will help prevent financial and physical loss, reduce shrink, and support store profitability. You will investigate internal theft, external theft, organized retail crime, and assigned Global Ethics cases. The role also supports emergency procedures, store task teams, and clear reporting to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
- Support internal theft and external theft investigations
- Communicate findings to Store Leadership
- Support evacuations and emergency procedures
- Complete external apprehensions when required
Requirements:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Hold a Security Guard License
- Communicate information clearly to leadership and stakeholders
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
