As an Engineering Discovery Trainee, you will support Engineering, Tendering, and Project Managers across project phases. You will develop drawings, review scopes, prepare bid packages, and track progress. Structured learning will build knowledge of ABB's electrification service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review technical documentation, drawings, and project specifications
- Prepare bid packages, scope reviews, and cost estimates
- Support scheduling, progress tracking, and risk identification
- Coordinate communications with internal and client-facing stakeholders
- Escalate documentation gaps, risks, and delivery issues
Requirements:
- Recent 2025–2027 bachelor's graduate in engineering
- Electrical, mechanical, or related engineering discipline
- Understanding of electrical systems or power distribution
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
- Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration
