Provide primary care at Unison’s Oakwood-Vaughan site in Toronto, using robust clinical skills within a team-oriented, multidisciplinary model. This permanent role is part-time. Unison Health and Community Services seeks a Community Health Physician for 21 hours weekly, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The physician provides primary care, health promotion, client education, and youth walk-in care. Clinical areas include sexual and reproductive health, mental health, and addictions.
