The Pacific National Exhibition seeks diligent Ice Officials for its Facilities & Maintenance team. You will prepare and maintain ice before games, between periods, and afterward. The work supports event operations through net repairs, ice repairs, board and glass upkeep, and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service ice surfaces before, during, and between game periods
- Inspect, repair, move, and place nets after floods
- Sweep, shovel, scrape, and repair ice surfaces
- Clean boards, glass, peg holes, and work areas




- Assist with pre-game, post-game, and intermission events

Requirements:

- Required experience working with ice surfaces
- Competent forward and backward skating, stopping, and tight turns
- Ability to work around ice, heights, heavy materials, and awkward positions
- Knowledge of hazards and proper safety precautions
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts as required
