Drive financial planning and business performance for Hall Mechanical Services through budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. The position serves Lower Mainland of BC residents.Reporting directly to the President, this Manager supports annual budgeting, business planning, strategic initiatives, and performance analysis. You will develop dashboards, KPIs, scenario modelling, and recommendations for workforce planning, capital investment, resource allocation, and growth.
