Deliver exceptional aviation customer service as a Concierge in Dorval, Quebec, supporting passengers, flight crews, and Front Desk operations.
Skyservice seeks a Concierge with two to three years of discerning customer service experience, preferably in aviation. The position requires communication, organization, pressure management, and a consistently positive attitude. You will coordinate ground support, maintain customer-facing areas, and follow operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate skilled arrivals and departures for customers and flight crews
- Coordinate catering, transportation, and other ground support requirements
- Deliver requested items to aircraft and assist with baggage
- Cover Front Desk and answer incoming customer inquiries
- Document security patrols, inspections, and reported irregularities
Requirements:
- Two to three years in discerning customer service
- Class 5 driver’s license required
- Availability for shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Secondary school completion or equivalent required
