Receives direction and guidance from the First Cook.Work PerformedResponsible for cleaning the kitchenWashes dishesCleans the storeroomsWaste management in the kitchenResponsible for training current Kitchen Attendants as requiredOther duties as requiredConsequence of Error/JudgementPoor kitchen maintenance could result in unsanitary conditions and fines from the Health Board.



Improper food care or storage could result in food waste and lost resources and unnecessary costs.Supervision ReceivedReports to the Food Services Manager.
