Build autobody repair skills at Kieswetter Mazda / CARSTAR while assisting licensed technicians with collision repairs and vehicle restoration.

As an Apprentice Autobody Technician, you will gain hands-on experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and company standards. You will support assessments, disassembly, surface preparation, refinishing preparation, reassembly, and delivery. Ongoing training helps develop repair techniques, vehicle technology knowledge, and apprenticeship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist licensed technicians with damage assessments and repair procedures
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components during repairs
- Sand, mask, and prime surfaces before painting




- Prepare vehicles for refinishing and delivery
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Requirements:

- Registered apprentice or interest in autobody repair apprenticeship
- Previous automotive or hands-on mechanical experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License required
