The Shop Supervisor oversees daily shop operations and supervises foremen and shop personnel. This position directs production volume, cost, quality, schedules, and delivery dates. It also maintains equipment, manages rebar inventory, and supports productive operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee shop safety programs, investigations, and regulatory compliance
- Direct foremen and personnel across production schedules and quality
- Manage staffing levels, work hours, and overtime requirements
- Maintain inventory and order reinforcing bars as needed
- Maintain machinery, equipment,



and facilities for production

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of reinforcing steel fabrication experience
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
- Basic business, labour relations, cost accounting, and industrial regulations knowledge
- Ability to prioritize, communicate, motivate, supervise, and plan
- At least three years of team lead experience preferred
