Our client, Industrial is seeking a AR Adjuster to join their team. As a AR Adjuster, you will be part of the Accounts Receivable team supporting the billing and payment resolution process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, confident communication skills, and the ability to investigate discrepancies and drive accurate resolutions, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Accounts Receivable AdjusterLocation: Mississauga, ONPay Range: $21.00/hourShift: M-F 8-4 OR 9-5 (Hybrid)What's the Job?Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account adjustmentsProcess and allocate payments accurately using SAPReconcile customer accounts and identify outstanding issuesAnalyze transaction details and provide clear resolutionsWork with internal departments to resolve billing and payment concerns while maintaining accurate records and documentationWhat's Needed?Minimum 1-2 year of Accounts Receivable/Cash Application experienceExperience allocating and applying payments using SAPAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis)Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to successfully pass a criminal background checkWhat's in it for me?Hybrid work model:
