Lead transformation adoption at Manulife in Toronto through change strategy, process improvement, and business readiness in a hybrid setting. As Director, Change Enablement and Business Readiness, you will guide people and business-readiness dimensions across significant transformation initiatives. Partner with business and functional leaders to connect strategy, process design, and technology change with implementation realities. Your work will address impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications, learning, and adoption. Key Responsibilities:

Develop integrated change and readiness strategies for transformation plans Assess impacts across people, processes, roles, and capabilities Establish readiness criteria and identify organizational risks Advise leaders on decisions, accountabilities,
