The Strategy and Foresight Advisor supports enterprise-wide and functional strategies within Servus’s Strategy and Enterprise Planning Team. You will translate organizational objectives into measurable plans, communicate priorities across the enterprise, and help leaders respond to emerging trends, risks, and opportunities. The role combines strategic planning, market research, scenario planning, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and communicate enterprise and business unit strategies
- Translate organizational objectives into actionable, measurable plans
- Align operational plans, initiatives, and resources with priorities




- Apply environmental scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Synthesize market, customer, and competitive intelligence for leadership

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- Six to eight years of progressive strategic planning experience
- Experience in market research, corporate strategy, or communications
- Strong analytical skills interpreting complex data
- Current Alberta residency and availability for temporary full-time employment
