Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Saw Operator cuts lumber using wide-ranging saws and follows Qualico's Safety Program. The work includes reading instructions, calculating materials, inspecting quality, and setting up equipment. Strong organization, communication, and listening support daily production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review work instructions and determine required lumber
- Examine work orders and set up equipment properly
- Saw lumber to specified dimensions and angles
- Inspect quality and store lumber in designated areas
- Replenish and organize raw materials at the station

Requirements:

- Six months operating table, shop, and radial arm saws
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Middle school completion
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and situational awareness
