You will serve as a trusted resource on security bestpractices, contribute to the implementation of secure procedures,and analyze security incidents to recommend continuousimprovements. More specifically, youwill:Act as a senior technicalresource for the cybersecurity team, IT teams, plant teams, andexternal vendors; Independently manage complexsecurity initiatives, from needs assessment through implementationand follow-up; Assess and challengearchitectures, configurations, security controls, as well asrecommendations from system integrators andvendors; Identify risks that may not always beimmediately apparent and recommend realistic mitigation measuresadapted to operational realities; Analyzesecurity incidents, understand attack paths,



and establishcontainment priorities; Work in industrialenvironments where system availability, production, SAP, andbusiness continuity must be taken intoconsideration; Provide clear recommendationssupported by rigorous technicalanalysis. YourQualifications for ThisRole:Education:University degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a relatedfield, or any other combination of education and training deemedequivalent.Experience:Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a senior IT securityor cybersecurity role. Assets:Demonstrated experience in an industrial environment or OTsecurity, as well as CISSPcertification.Technologies:CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Fortinet, Armis,Proofpoint, and Microsoft securitytechnologies.Skills:Autonomy, leadership, excellent prioritization skills, ability tomanage multiple files and priorities simultaneously, strongorganizational skills, and attention todetail.
