This permanent, full-time role offers business-minded leadership responsibility. FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon seeks an experienced Powersports Service Manager or senior service leader. You will manage technicians, advisors, lot technicians, workflow, scheduling, and service performance. The department represents multiple brands across snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, motorcycles, and marine products. Key Responsibilities:

Lead technicians, advisors, lot technicians, and department workflow Drive productivity, efficiency, proficiency, and service profitability Grow service revenue and repair order volume Manage scheduling, work distribution,



and turnaround times Monitor key labour, parts, and technician performance indicators Requirements:

Proven Powersports Service Manager or senior service leadership experience Robust organizational and operational discipline Ability to manage people and financial performance Experience in powersports, automotive, or related industries preferred Valid driver's license and motorcycle license Bring leadership, service operations, and profitability expertise to FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon’s growing powersports department.
