While maintaining the integrity of the product,



the Warehouse Worker-Driver is responsible for loading and unloading of Ply Gem & Mitten product by hand or with the use of material handling equipment in the warehouse or at customer locations as required.This position requires a wide range of skills from practicing safe driving and delivery to top-notch customer service. #CHPUnload and load product into warehouse in a protected and efficient mannerIdentify, count, sort, pick, package, unpackage, stock and move product in warehouseLoad product for customer deliveries in a safe, efficient and timely mannerPerform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain required logsComplete and maintain required customer delivery paperworkOperate delivery vehicle in a safe manner and comply with company and motor vehicle traffic requirements; communicate vehicle problems to SupervisorComply with all material handing company policies and proceduresContribute to a safe, orderly, and efficiently operating warehouseOperate forklift and other material handling equipment as requiredPerform inventory cycle counts as requiredCommunicate effectively with internal and external customer regarding product deliveriesPerform general housekeeping duties including maintaining a clean work areaOther duties as assignedQualificationsExperienceValid driver’s abstract1 year warehouse / truck driving experience strongly preferredSkills/AbilitiesRepetitive heavy lifting requiredAbility to work under variable weather conditionsExtensive standing, frequent bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and walkingUse of small hand tools, pallet jack, forklift, and operation of a 5 ton delivery truck#J-18808-Ljbffr
