Lead indoor recreation programs for Strathcona County, using supervisory expertise and community engagement to support aquatic, sport, leisure, and wellness services.

This temporary full time supervisor position lasts up to 12 months and oversees diverse indoor recreation programming. You will guide teams, support change management, and help programs respond to evolving community needs. The work includes inclusion, education, play, registration, and program evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead recreation teams through change management and crucial conversations

Requirements:

- Degree with two years related experience, or diploma with four years
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience
- Current Standard First Aid, CPR-HCP, and WHMIS
- Microsoft Office proficiency; IntelliGenz experience is an asset
- Strong communication, organization, analysis, and change management skills
