This part time position supports dining room service, kitchen cleanliness, and general food service operations. Duties include washing dishes, cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and assisting with straightforward meals. The role serves clients, staff, volunteers, vendors, and community members while reflecting The Salvation Army’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up dining rooms and serve meals
- Wash, dry, and store dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Clean kitchen areas, dining rooms, floors, and washrooms
- Restock cleaning and washroom supplies daily
- Assist with receiving and stocking kitchen orders

Requirements:

- Some high school completion
- Up to three months of related experience
- Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 pounds
- Ability to follow food handling and safety procedures
