Build package handling skills with UPS in Richmond, BC, loading and unloading shipments during Monday-to-Friday evening operations. Training is provided for all positions.
As a permanent Part Time Package Handler, you will support warehouse activities at 5960 Ferguson Road. The work includes shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. You will properly execute UPS handling methods, use heavy machinery when needed, and complete assigned tasks during operational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute UPS package handling methods correctly
- Load and unload packages into trailers
- Load and unload packages into package cars
- Scan, sort, stock, ship, and receive packages
- Use heavy machinery when completing assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds
- Ability to read and memorize postal codes
- Adaptable shift availability up to five days weekly
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Availability between 4:30 PM and 9:45 PM weekdays
