Blackline Civil Inc. seeks an experienced Finish Dozer Operator for civil construction work. The company delivers earthworks, underground utilities, road building, site development, and commercial or industrial projects throughout Alberta. The successful operator supports accurate site execution while working safely around crews, utilities, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dozers safely and efficiently on active construction sites
- Complete rough and finish grading to project specifications
- Strip topsoil, backfill trenches, and spread material
- Read grade stakes, laser levels,
and site plans
- Inspect equipment and report deficiencies or repair needs
Requirements:
- Minimum three years operating dozers in civil construction
- Robust understanding of grading and earthmoving operations
- Ability to work safely around underground utilities
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work long hours during peak construction season
