This Maintenance Worker I position belongs to Health Shared Services' Facilities Maintenance & Engineering program. Duties cover heated and non-heated parking areas, hospital vehicles, equipment, signage, and records. Candidates need Grade 12 education, Grade 10 or equivalent, and a valid driver's licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove debris from parkades and parking lots
- Use high pressure cleaning equipment and water hoses
- Spot paint parking areas and replace signage
- Drive hospital vehicles and operate facility equipment
- Barricade areas and document completed maintenance work
