This Assistant Store Manager helps deliver Lids’ licensed headwear and apparel experience across sales, people, and store operations. You will engage associates, support recruiting and training, address customer issues, and maintain visual standards. Responsibilities also include cash management, inventory accuracy, product presentation, and company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support associates through training programs, goals, and follow-up
- Recruit and train personnel on store operations and procedures
- Deliver Lids selling strategies, KPIs, and sales targets
- Maintain merchandising, signage, cleanliness, and qualified appearance




- Manage inventory receiving, transfers, price changes, and product counts
