This management position supports a skilled and engaged team behind memorable dining and hotel experiences. Reporting to the Chief Steward, you will lead departmental operations, manage payroll and expenses, and coordinate with hotel departments. - Oversee Housekeeping and Laundry management for leadership synergy
- Accurately manage payroll and departmental expenses
- Develop guest-room and public-area capital projects
- Source business through local laundry partnerships
- Promote colleague recognition, wellness, and safety
Requirements:
- Previous senior housekeeping leadership in a similar establishment
- Two to three years of relevant experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- University degree or Hotel Management Diploma preferred
