Shape payroll systems and processes at Dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre, specializing in Workday Payroll, testing, and operational improvement.

This senior technical resource leads complex payroll activities while supporting system changes, configuration, user acceptance testing, and implementations. You will investigate payroll issues, prepare insights, strengthen internal controls, and contribute to acquisitions, integrations, and special projects. Collaboration spans HR, Finance, Tax, Treasury, HRIS, external partners, and auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as Workday Payroll subject matter expert
- Support configuration, testing, enhancements, and payroll changes
- Investigate retroactive calculations, corrections, and payroll variances
- Prepare payroll reports and operational insights




- Support acquisitions, integrations, implementations, and special projects

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of progressive Canadian payroll experience
- Workday Payroll experience across projects or process improvements
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation required
- Solid analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- English and French proficiency for Canadian stakeholder support
